Support The Development Of A Gorge-Wide Sustainable Trails Masterplan

LEAD ORGANIZATIONS: United States Forest Service National Scenic Area

With the connections and collaborative approach of the Gorge Stewardship Network, we seek to support the USFS in their planning processes and create a seamless inclusion of other partners. Our priority is to create an approach to trail development and maintenance that aids a well-stewarded Columbia River Gorge for years to come. GSN helps convene and coordinate partners, such as other land agencies and community organizations.

Increase Access of First Foods For Tribal Entities in the Columbia River Gorge

LEAD ORGANIZATION: Columbia River Gorge Commission

Gorge Stewardship Network partner organizations and their staff members are learning about First Foods and their significance to Tribal partners in meaningful engagements. This is the first step in exploring additional measures to increase or simplify Tribal members' access to culturally significant foods in the Gorge.
